Join me on my adventures as I’m running a couple of photography trips and have more in the pipeline.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as I do all the planning and preparation. Together we can have an amazing time!
You don’t need to be an experienced photographer as the trips are open to anyone – photographer or not, but you’ll get the most out of them if you enjoy being behind a camera. If you have no idea what those settings on your camera actually do, or are lacking in confidence, I will be more than happy to teach and continually guide you if you’d like to take your camera off ‘auto’ and start to take full control. I’m a firm believer that you don’t need to have super expensive cameras or extra long lenses to achieve great shots and have fun with photography.
If you’re interesting in joining me on a tour of Namibia or a safari in South Africa in March/April 2019 take a look at them on the website here for South Africa, and here for Namibia. In the early stages of planning I’m thinking of a trip to Finland in September 2019 to photograph brown bears in the wild, and at some point I would to run a trip to the Masai Mara in Kenya during the Great Migration. That’s just for starters! I’m open to ideas too 🙂
I’d love to do some ‘ladies only’ trips as I’ve been told by many women that they feel intimidated by tour leaders and men who have super long lenses and baffle them with ‘expert’ jargon. Many landscape/wildlife holidays are run by men, which can leave female participants feeling inadequate or not wanting to ask questions for fear of appearing silly, so if a ladies only trip is something you’d be interested in, please let me know.
